Using the email Workflow feature, you get access to an overview of your email templates' validation status.
You can easily monitor the progress of your email templates: validate the content of an email by confirming or reject it by declining .
Go to 'edit general info', scroll down and make sure you select the 'multilingual registration box'.
Go to the event website, scroll down and select the primary language and the languages you would like to translate your email templates into.
In the event overview, you can see the "Workflow" button, which is used to see the progress on your email templates and web pages content validation.
When clicking on the "Workflow" button, you get an overview of your email templates. In the example below, the grey circles indicate that none of the email templates (neither the default version in English, nor the translations) have been reviewed yet.
By clicking on any email template from the above list view, you are able to view and edit the email.
Tip: The flag on the top right corner of each email template indicates the language!
Let's review the Invitation email template now. We can either Confirm or Decline it.
In case we have decided that this template needs modification, we can reject it .
If we now go back to the overview, the Invitation email template in English is viewed, but declined.
Tip: In that case, the progress bar is still 0%, but red.
Once the English email has been viewed and confirmed , the progress bar is being updated and the confirmation date is now visible. For the invitation email in our example, only one out of the five languages has been confirmed, therefore, the progress bar is 20%.
