|Note: Make sure you are logged-in and in the correct event|
Using the Workflow feature, you get access to an overview of your webpages validation status.
You can easily monitor the progress of your web pages: confirm the content of the page or reject it .
Go to 'edit general info', scroll down and make sure you select the 'multilingual registration box'.
Go to the event website, scroll down and select the primary language and the languages you would like to translate your web pages into.
In the event overview, you can see the "Content Approval" button, which is used to see the progress on your web pages and content validation.
When clicking on the "Content Approval" button, you get an overview of your e-mail templates. You can switch to the web pages overview by clicking on the top of the page "Web pages".
In the example below, the grey circles indicate that the "welcome page" and the "agenda" of the current event (neither the default version in English, nor the translations) have been reviewed yet.
By clicking on any web page from the above list view, you are able to edit the page.
Tip: The flag on the top right corner of each web page indicates the language!
Let's review the "Agenda" now. We can either Confirm or Decline it.
In case we have decided that this web page needs modification, we reject it .
If we now go back to the overview, the "Agenda" in English is viewed, but declined .
Tip: In that case, the progress bar is still 0%, but red.
Once the English web page has been viewed and confirmed , the progress bar is being updated and the confirmation date is now visible. For the Agenda, in our example, only one out of the four languages has been confirmed, therefore, the progress bar is 25%.
