Note: Are you logged in and in the correct event?
Each of the participants in your event is assigned to a specific registration status, this usually happens automatically. The statuses are as follows:
- Invitation Sent
- Invitation Bounced
- Registration link clicked
- External Sign up
- Payment Pending
- Arrived to event
By default, participants who are added into your event either via "upload spreadsheet" or "add participant" will be given registration status "New".
When a non-registered participant is emailed with an invitation email (template type), the participant's registration status is automatically switched to "Invitation sent".
If an invitation email is sent to a participant with bounced email address (either wrong email or inbox full), the participant's registration status is automatically switched from "Invitation sent" to "Invitation bounced". This is not the case if the email sent is not "invitation" type. For example if you sent a confirmation email to a participant with bounced email address.
Registration link clicked
If a non-registered participant clicked on the registration/website link in the received invitation email but did not register yet, the participant's registration status is automatically switched to "Registration link clicked".
This is regarding an event enabled with waitinglist. Participants who submit his/her registration form after your event maximum capacity has reached, will be put into a waiting list. Participants in the waiting list will be given a status "Waiting". These participants will be automatically notified whenever a spot is available in your event. They will then be given the opportunity to finalize their registration and make their payment, if necessary.
External Sign up
This is an extra registration status which can be used to manually group non-registered participants. This is an optional registration status and can be ignored for simplicity of usage.
This is regarding an event enabled with product and payment. Participants who submit his/her registration form without completing the payment process, will be put into this status. This status will change automatically to "Registered", once the payment process has been completed. When the payment process is not finished the status payment pending for 60 minutes. After 60 minutes the status will change to 'new' and the participant will get an email his registration is not yet finished.
The registration status which indicates your participants have successfully registered. The next possible status here is either: "Arrived to event" or "Cancelled".
At the end of your event, if a participant stays "Registered" means he/she is a no show. There is no specific registration status to identify "no-show".
Arrived to event
The most anticipated & positive registration status of all, "arrived to event" status is for those who arrived to your event. With Azavista check-in app, you can check-in registrants on the event day, and as well to manage walk-in(s).
Declined status is for non-registered participants who decide not to participate in the event.
Cancelled status is for registered participants who later decide not to participate in the event.
