Note: Make sure you are logged in and in the correct event
In the event program you can choose to organize different types of activities. Which type fits your activity best and why?
Go to event website and choose event program.
Add an activity.
Choose a name, time and date and capacity for your activity. You have four different options for type.
A private activity is an activity that is not meant to be accessible/visible for participants.
Everyone has to go to this activity. This activity does not show up in the registration form because you cannot decide not to go. This activity is part of the general program and everyone who registers attends this activity.
An optional activity means that you can choose to attend this activity. Therefore, you have to register for this activity in the registration form. Although, this activity is optional, the planner can make it required to choose one of the optional activities. The planner can do this in the registration form. Optional activities are part of the personal program.
Note! If activities are on the same time and date, you cannot choose both activities. Even if they are both optional.
An open activity is an activity anyone can attend without registering. Therefore, this activity is not available in the registration form. Open activities are part of the general program.
