If you would like to create a report of all optional activities a certain participant has chosen, use this article.
Go to Event website -> Event programme
Activate the "Add track" button located on the bottom right of this page.
Once the track is added, it will not be visible yet. First, you would have to add the track to each of your optional activity/session.

Note! If you decide later to delete the track, all the activities that are in that track will be deleted as well. If you do not want that to happen, remove the track from those activities first.
Go to your participants and select the ones you would like to export.
Click on: "Export versioned list"
There is an export field available to download your participant's activity selection distributed per track.
1. Optional activities: export all chosen activities in one column
2. Optional activities per track: export all chosen activities in separate columns based on track
Click on "export for suppliers". A spreadsheet will be available with all optional activities for each participant in different columns.
