When testing you noticed that the emails you have sent from Azavista end up in your spam folder. How to overcome this?
Step 1. SPF record
Please check with your IT department if SPF records are defined for your mail server. The SPF record allows better outbound mailing via Azavista on behalf of your domain name (e.g: sending invitation emails via Azavista using email@example.com).
Step 2. Layout
Try to send the same email without layout, or with a different layout. If your email does not end up in spam anymore, then you know that the layout is the issue.
How to solve the layout issue?
I. Azavista layout
Using a layout created with Azavista 'layout from a theme' instead of an HTML code might solve the issue.
II. Check the requirements
There are different requirements when creating a layout, check if you meet all of them.
