Note: Make sure you are logged in and in the correct event
When using the advanced search, you can now save your search. In this way, it becomes a dynamic search for which you can also schedule emails.
Go to participants and click on 'advanced search'.
In this case, you want to send a reminder to participants. You search for participants with registration status: 'invitation sent' and 'registration link clicked'.
Scroll to the bottom and click on 'search'. You will find the participants with those registration statuses.
Note! Your search will be remembered until you use the 'clear' button. If you clear all the fields you can do a new search.
14 participants are found. If you fill in a name and click on 'save search' you can save this search. Meaning that this search is dynamically updated with participants who have registration status 'registration link clicked or 'invitation sent'.
Search has been saved under the name 'reminder'.
If you click on 'manage saved search' you can find your saved searches. Here you can delete them.
If you would like to use your dynamic saved search another time, you just go to 'advanced search' again and choose your saved search immediately, choosing from the drop down of saved searches.
Go to 'manage saved search' and click on 'email'.
If you want to send a reminder to your participant in three weeks you can schedule an email for this dynamic list. The system updates your search before sending the email out so that all participants with that status in three weeks will receive the reminder.
