Note: Make sure you are logged in and in the correct event
In this article, you can find an explanation on how to create an event from an event request and how to create a consolidated report.
Click on client requests in your event dashboard
Look for the event request from which you would like to create an event. If you click on the titles of the columns you can order the event requests accordingly. The event requests change status automatically.
New: New event request, still needs to be approved/denied
Denied: Event request has been denied
Accepted: Event has been accepted and an event is created from it
Closed: Event has been created but is now closed.
Click on 'actions', and choose 'view: approve or deny' the event request.
Click on 'create event'.
An event will be created based on the information in the request form. As you can see the name and date are automatically taken over from the event request form.
If you would like to use to copy over the website, registration, layout etc. from another event, you can select all 'import from previous event' fields and choose an event in 'template event to import from'.
If you scroll down, you can find 'event reporting'. If the reporting fields are the same fields as in the request form, you will find the request information in these fields. You can change this information. If you have additional fields placed in the reporting field you can add this information yourself.
If you are an administrator you could also create a consolidated report of all these reporting fields of different events. Go back to event dashboard, and click on event stats.
Choose the time frame you would like to download and click 'download'.
