Note: Make sure you are logged-in and in the correct event
There are two ways you can create a survey in Azavista. In this article, you will learn these two ways.
I. Create a new 'survey' event
After the event, you export all the participant that were present at your event.
Import these participants into a new event called for example "survey event".
In this event, you create a registration form with only survey related questions.
Send an invitation email to the participants to fill in the survey.
Note! If you desire a anonymous survey: ensure that you use a 'public link' and a 'public registration form'. Only when you send them a public link this survey will be completely anonymous.
2. Create a new survey section in the current registration form
It is also possible to just create an additional section in the current registration form with some additional survey questions.
Add a section at the top of the registration form with only survey related questions.
You can decide to hide all the other sections for this moment, but this is not required. You can also decide to lock the other fields, so that the other details cannot be changed anymore.
Send the participants that attended your event an invite to fill in the survey.
I case you hid the other sections: participants will only see the survey questions and no other questions.
In case you locked the other sections: participants can only adjust/fill in the fields of the survey.
It is also possible to use a completely new registration form for the survey. When you do this it is important that this form will be the first page in the overview.
Note! This second option will not be anonymous unless you create a new registration form/survey form which is a public form and you add a public link to the email.
