To make sure some fields are not changed after creating a template, Azavista provides the option to lock a field so that only administrators can change them.
The fact is that some fields should always be there. It can be, for example, because of an integration with another platform, or because those fields are related to orders and invoicing. To make sure an event planner cannot delete or change them by mistake, there is an option to lock them.
When copying the event over, this setting will be copied over as well.
Log in with an admin account and go to the fields template.
Create (or edit) a field and click on the "Lock" checkbox.
Now planners that do not have admin privileges cannot modify the field (when this happens the field is greyed out).
