Note: Make sure you are logged in and in the correct event
In order to create your first event follow these steps.
Click Event Dashboard located on the Homepage.
Select Complete event.
Fill in the details of your event. The only mandatory field in this page is 'Event Name', whereas the other details are complementary and can be edited later on (Except the 'Import from previous event'.)
Note! These details are only accessible internally between you and your colleagues
Step 5. COPY from a template or an old event
In order to create a copy or import the work from a previous event follow the steps:
1. create an event (as explained above)
2. In the section 'Import from previous event' select the fields, programmes, and pages, you would need to be copied/imported over.
3. In the section "Template event to import from" fill in the name of the event or the template, you need the import from. The field will automatically be filled when typing the first letters.
NOTE: participants cannot be copied from an event to another
'Create Event' to proceed. Now you have successfully created your event.
