Azavista has a list of restaurants that can accommodate groups in most European capitals. Azavista's team can always add restaurants to accounts, if you do not find the one that you wish for your event.
Once you have created your event , go to the 'Suppliers' tab.
Click on 'Add restaurant'.
Insert the date of the event, time, number of participants (PAX), menu budget, if you have one, the type of course (3 menu course or 4 menu course). Then, click 'Add to program'.
The next step is to search for restaurants in your desired location.
Select those restaurants that meet your requirements, then click on 'Proceed'.
Send your RFP to different suppliers and the restaurants will send you the menu.
If you like it, select your segment by clicking on 'View' and you will be directed to the 'ACTIONS tab', where you can request booking.
- Click the green button 'Proceed'
- Then you will be directed to a page where you have to fill in a deadline for your supplier, to mention the hour of your scheduled dinner and to describe the menu that you want.
Finally, you have to click SUBMIT and the restaurant will soon confirm your booking and send a contract.
From here, you can 'Accept and counter sign' the contract received, suggest a contract update, send a message or cancel the contract.
