Note: This is only available for Emails, not for websites.
When you want to send emails to your participants, you can customise them. You can use merge tags to personalize the emails.
Go to your email templates (Events -> Email templates) and edit one of the templates.
To find merge tags, click on the red flag.
The merge tags available depend on the fields you chose in your registration form.
The default version of merge tags is shown here. Those keywords are always available.
Note! This list of merge tags is only available for e-mails.
When hyperlinking a "Link-type" merge tag to be redirected to one of your web pages, it works a bit differently. Examples:
I. Write down for example the word: "event website".
II. Select this word and click to add a link
III. The following window shows up. Add %event_website_link% to the URL field.
Note! If you do not this and you just add the merge tag into the email you will get a really ugly and long link.
