Note: Make sure you are logged in and in the correct event
In case you need to ask event-specific questions in your registration form you can always add extra (customized) fields.
Go to "Fields Template".
Select default fields or click to add a custom field.
Choose a label and field type.
This type allows registrants to put in any text as answer to a question.
2. Text Area
The planner can add here some text to the registration form.
This type allows registrants to select one option from a drop-down list.
4. Multiple Options
This type allows registrants to select more than one option from a drop-down list.
This type allows registrants to pick dates. If you would like to use the field as a 'date of birth' field, use the word 'birth' in the name of the field.
This type allows registrants to pick countries. e.g: Country of birth
This type allows registrants to upload an attachment.
Unlike the text field, this type allows you to include the email address given as CC when emailing this participant.
This type allows registrants to upload any type of picture through the registration form.
This type also allows registrants to select more than one option. However, all options will be shown next to each other instead of in a drop-down menu.
There is also a validation option. A minimum and maximum text length can be set for the text fields. For example, for zip codes a maximum of 6 characters can be set.
Save the field. Once the custom field is added (ticked) on the fields template, you will be able to find the field in your registration form under the section 'Unused Fields'. If you want to make this field visible for your participants, drag the field into the registration form.
