Note: Make sure you are logged in and in the correct event
You can monitor all incoming registration changes in one overview. You can also acknowledge those changes (for own task management purposes). This feature can be enabled and disabled at any time. An advantage is that you can always check if participants changed important details or might accidentally overwrote another participant.
Go to participant overview
Enable the changes alert. You can turn the tracking on and off whenever convenient.
Furthermore, when tracking is enabled, you will be able to have an overview of the number of changes in the "Changes" quick report, as shown below.
All participants that made changes are marked yellow. Furthermore, by hovering over the "Question mark" icon, you can bring up the quick overview of changes made. The items listed in the overview are also highlighted when viewing the participant.
If you are working with a travel department in the same event, the travel team can activate the tracking separately. They will see 'enable travel changes alert'. Furthermore, the team will also have their own quick report "Travel request Changes"
