If you want to segment your participants and create different registration forms per type, first you have to create a custom field in your "Fields Template". Let's say you have three different categories of participants - VIP, Press and Company Employees. You would like to create a custom field according to these categories, as illustrated below:
Note! Your participant list that you upload into the system has to include a column that will segment all participants according to the listed categories. If a participant is not assigned to any category, he or she cannot see the registration form.
Once you have done this, click save and return to the "Event Website" tab.
Create or click on an already created registration form, on the settings button. In line with the previous example, let's say you are creating a registration form especially for your VIP guests. You would select the option "For Invitees Only" and then filter by participant category. You would then select the category "VIP" from the drop down.
These filters can correspond to any custom field you have included. Could be anything! Country, department, dietary needs etc.
