Note: Make sure you are logged in and in the correct event
Go to the participants list
Select the participants that you want to email, let's say the 'New' ones and click on the green button 'Email'.
I. Make sure that the template is: Registration Invitation
II. Check if the email layout is final
III. Fill in your subject: e.g You are invited to: VNA 2018!
IV. To preview and check your email appearance, click Update Preview.
You can check if the email has been sent from the EMAIL LOG, in the participant page.
I. Go to the specific participant that you want to check and click on "View"
II. Go to Email Log. There you have the list of all emails sent to that specific participant.
Note! While testing this functionality and any email functionality of your event it is very important to change internet browsers.
Indeed, if you open the registration page on the same browser as the Azavista platform, the platform will not recognize the registration as being separated from a platform activity and therefore will not push emails out.
We recommend opening Azavista platform on Google Chrome and your email on a different browser (e.g. Mozilla, Safari...).
It is also simply possible to open the registration page in Incognito mode. For incognito mode, you can click on the registration link with a right click and select "Open Link in Incognito Window".
