Note: Make sure you are logged in and in the correct event
Step 1 - Activate the travel proposal option for your event
Enter the event platform and open the "Fields Template". In the "Fields Template" select all the travel requests & transfer details you will need in order to create the right travel proposals for this event.
Do not forget to activate the fields Gender and Date of Birth that will be needed in order to make travel reservations.
Ensure that the travel arrangement settings are activated on the registration form.
For this go to the "Event Website" and select in the settings of the registration page "Air travel arrangements required for this registration form".

Finally ensure that, in the general information of the event, the travel contact email address used for the communication with the participants is the correct one.

Step 2 - email templates: travel proposal & booking confirmation
Set-up two email templates:
- The travel proposal as a reaction to the participant request/registration
- The booking confirmation sent after the participant's answer to the travel proposal

Step 3 - Travel proposals
Select the participant(s) to whom you want to send the travel proposals. Click on "email" and select the template "travel proposal".

Step 4 - Fill the "travel proposal" section
The travel proposal section is a text box. As documented in the image below, in order to create radio buttons (options that can be selected by the participant), insert an asterisk at the beginning of each proposal. Once your proposals are filled-in, you can preview the section by clicking on "update preview".
You will then notice a section that is automatically added which is "none of the above. Reason:". This radio button and free text box are automatically added by our platform in order to receive feedback from the participant on the travel proposal if not satisfied with the other proposals.
