Note: Make sure you are logged in and in the correct event
When you send out a campaign, on the "Participants" page you will see an overview of the progress of your campaign under the "Registration status" report. You will see statuses such as “New”, "Invitation Sent" , "Registration Linked Clicked" and "Bounced".
Bounced invitations means the email does not reach the participants successfully.
You simply need to edit their email address via the grey "Actions" dropdown and choose "Edit Registration". There you can replace the wrong email address, and resend the email again. Assuming that the updated email address is correct, resending the invitation will move the participants from "Invitation bounced" to "Invitation Sent"
When clicking on one of the reports you can then see the list of respective invitees with this status.
You can then access each person's listing separately by clicking the grey "Actions" dropdown by the participant's listing or selective them all to export or email them.
