Note: Make sure you are logged-in and in the correct event
If you would like to have all tasks in one overview you could use our event task management feature.
Go to To do list on the right top and click on 'Manage event tasks'.
You could create tasks using a standard template or choose to create a 'new event task'. Let's choose 'new event task' for now. Information about using a standard template can be viewed in a different article.
The following window appears. You can also set due date and even time during or after creation of your event.
Set the status of your task (New, In progress, Done) for a better overview and management of your to-do list!
Assign tasks to any external non-platform user, by inserting his email on the field "External email address".
The external planner will receive an email about the task. To complete the task he/she has to click on the link in the email. This link redirects to a window where he/she can mark this task as completed.
When this task is completed it will be shown in the task overview.
If your event has a start and end date you can also view your progress in the progress graph.
The to-do-list is unique per event. If you click on your to do list (available at any stage of the platform), you could see which tasks are still due for you personally. The tasks which have the deadline today are marked in yellow "determine and book...". The high priority tasks are bold "Hire caterer".
