Azavista has just released some exciting new features for their event platform.
Different prices (products) for a custom field with options
Now it is possible to set a price range with a dependency on a field. i.e. a participant can now have a different price on a product than someone else. For more information, please click here.
The program changes by participant type: optional activities can be dependent on a field.
The activities can now change in accordance to the options field. If a participant chooses certain options, new activities can show for that person.For more information, please click here.
Limit the amount a participant can purchase of one product during registration
From now on, the product purchase of one participant can be limited. This can be configured in the product settings. For more information, please click here.
New validation rule for custom fields, Minimum Length and Maximum Length
A minimum and maximum text length can be set for the Text fields. For example, for zip codes a maximum of 6 characters can be set in "Fields Template", "Add custom field". The validation options can only be numbers.For more information, please click here.

When an invoice is exported, values in the Delegate Organization are compared with the items, as provided by the participant as per the registration form. When values do not match, the line is marked "Yellow" and conflict resolution has to be implemented by the planner. Since this is time consuming, Azavista has now implemented a new feature: When comparing values of the DelegateOrganization and the participant will automatically be more pragmatic.
Export invoices / linking to delegate organization improvements
Now you can add an existing Delegate organization from the Add new Delegate Organization. In the invoice linking form it is possible to add a new organization (based on the values supplied in the registration form) or edit the participant and link an organization from there. Azavista just created a new menu point "Add existing organization", in which an organization can be selected.
Jump back to bill overview after connecting a delegate organization
After saving a delegate, we go back instead of always going to the delegate/view action.

Tabbed listing improvement:
a new way of seeing the tabs (with more than a number of values e.g registration status) has been introduced in Azavista.
