Note: Make sure you are logged in and in the correct event.
The activities can now change in accordance to an options field. If a participant chooses certain options, new activities can be made visible to that person.
Create a Custom field with as field type 'option' in the Fields Template and add them to your registration form.
For example: Custom field: "Department". People can choose one option: Finance, Marketing or R&D.
Go to "Event website", "Event Program", click on "Add activity" and choose type "Optional". There you will find two new fields called "Dependency field" and "Dependency field value".
Note! The custom field will only show up in the field dependency if it is an option field.
Choose in the activity as Field dependency "Department" and as value "Finance".
In this case the "Workshop: exchange traded derivatives" only appears if you are from the finance department.
