This article assumes that you have both created a roominglist based on a roomblock and configured participant assignment to that roominglist.
This feature is explained in the following video, alternatively you can follow the written explanation below it.
While the registration is taking place, the participants will be assigned to the rooming list(s). If you access the Contracted rooms page in your rooming list, you will be able to see the availability left according to current assignments in the Rooms editor. This will be clearer in a moment.
Go to the Rooming and Supplier Lists page.
Click on Contracted rooms.
Here you will be able to see a report on how many rooms of each type and for each night are still available according to the roomblock created.
You can also see if there are Missing rooms. These are rooms that have been created in the Rooms editor but that were not available in the roomblock. The options are to either add them to the roomblock or remove them in the Rooms editor.
In this case, the missing room is a Royal suite for the night of March 16th. If you take a look at the roomblock table, you can see that actually for that night we had only booked one suite.
