In this article it is explained how to add existing merge tag in order to personalise the emails to your participants.
In the current article, we will see how to create a new customised merge tag.
Go to your fields templates (Events -> Fields templates) and create a Custom field which will be shown in your merge tag
Go to your email templates (Events -> Email templates) and edit one of the templates. To find merge tags, click on the red flag.
Select the keyword related to the new custom field you have just created.
Note! This list of merge tags is only available for e-mails.
