Note: Make sure you are logged-in and in the correct event
To arrange the group seating, go to “Table seating and groups” from the drop down menu.
Click on "new block".
Choose the desired type. In this case we go for table seating.
Click on manage, to manage your the block you've created.
Click on "add tables".
Choose the number of tables and seats per table.
Go to the participants list to select the participants that registered for your dinner. This could be all participants, or participants that chose the activity 'dinner' or that bought the product 'dinner'. You can search for those participants using advanced search.
Select the right group block. And click on 'add here'. The participants will be added to this group block.
The participants are in a list on the left (names have been erased in the screenshot). The blue line indicates male, the red indicates female.
You can easily drag and drop the participants to the tables.
If a participant has the status 'arrived to event', they will be marked green.
