To sum it up: the feature allows the creation of certificates by inserting a template into Azavista with the fields that you want to be replaced by participant information. Let's take a look at how it works.
IMPORTANT: this a labs feature and it has been successfully tested with 250 pages in the export document. At the moment we don't support anything further than that.
You can either use one of the templates provided in Azavista or use your own documents (as long as you respect the merge tag format as we will show).
Use the list of available merge tags and insert them in your template document. Please notice that you can scroll down that list with the wheel of your mouse or by the appropriate scrolling movement of your laptops touchpad.
Once your template is ready, you have to upload it into Azavista.
The final step is to select the group of participants that you want to create certificates for.
Your certificates are ready!
