It may be the case that you need to add more than one speaker for a specific activity.
That can easily be done as shown below.
Open an activity.
Add your first speaker by typing at least three characters that will match their name or last name.
Create a field for your second speaker.
Add your second speaker as you did with the first one.
You can repeat the previous steps up to a maximum of 10 speakers per activity.
If you have an %activities_description% merge tag in your website, the speakers will show up there in the corresponding column.
