1. Import phase
You can upload a participant list by clicking the Plus symbol in the participant list view. Make sure to select the option to Upload a file from desktop.
Select your file and press on apply. You will then see a download bar, and once it reaches 100%, click on Save and proceed, which means that the file was uploaded in your participant list. Note that the row count available on the top gives you the number of participants from the list you are uploading.
2. Fields Match phase
You can then compare the columns from the spreadsheet you uploaded and match those with the available field labels provided by Azavista. Once you have done this for all columns, you can click on Save and proceed. In case you have uploaded the wrong file, you can click on the Reset button to start the process again with a different uploaded file.
3. Values Match
For certain fields, you will also have to compare values from the uploaded spreadsheet with values from Azavista. For example, if the participants from your list have different nationalities, you will have to match those with the existing Azavista values. Make sure to click on Save and proceed when you are done.
4. Preview and finish phase
The last step is to click on the Upload button. You will now be able to see the participants you have uploaded, in the participant list view of a particular event.
